About Us:

Revolution Fence Company (RFC) is a growing fence company focused on residential, commercial, and rental fencing. We are building systems and expanding our commercial division and this role is key to that growth. Position Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for taking awarded projects from the estimator’s sales handoff through to completion. This role manages planning, coordination, scheduling, materials, labor, customer communication, project execution, change orders, and closeout to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, with quality, and in alignment with company profit margins.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience (Construction Industry Strongly Preferred)
• Strong ability to read blueprints, site plans, and specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple job and deadlines.
• Self-motivated and driven to meet goals and grow within the company.
