Foreman / Construction Manager

About Us:

Revolution Fence Company (RFC) is a growing fence company focused on residential, commercial, and rental fencing. We are building systems and expanding our commercial division and this role is key to that growth. We’ve built a strong, loyal team and a positive, high-accountability culture, and we are looking for someone who will add to not take away from what we’re building.

Position Overview:
The Foreman / Construction Manager is responsible for bridging the gap between field installation and project planning. This role is hands-on in the field but also supports the Project Manager by conducting site visits, reviewing job conditions, planning installation methods, confirming material needs, completing material takeoffs, identifying problems before install, and leading crews during execution.

This position is responsible for making sure jobs are properly reviewed, planned, prepared, and installed according to company standards. The Foreman / Construction Manager helps turn the Project Manager’s plan into successful field execution.

This role is not just an installer. This person is expected to think ahead, lead crews, identify issues, communicate clearly, and help prevent problems before they happen.

Qualifications

  • Previous fence installation experience required
